abstract An anti-neoplastic method is provided which involves a combination therapy involving delivery a PARP inhibitor in a regimen with a disruptor of the Mrel l/Rad50/Nbsl complex. The disruptor of the Mrel l/Rad50/Nbsl complex may be an Nbsl construct or a mutant Rad50 construct and either, or both, may be delivered via a viral vector carrying the coding sequences for one or these constructs. A replication-defective adenovirus containing the mutant Rad50 construct is also provided.
