abstract Provided is a novel composition containing a fullerene which has a strong anti-wrinkle effect. An anti-wrinkle composition characterized by containing a fullerene dissolved in an oil, i.e., a fullerene dissolved in squalane or the like. This composition inhibits double-strand cleavage of DNA by a lipid peroxide in human keratinocytes.
