titleOfInvention | Surgical guide, and drill positioning method using the same |
abstract | Provided is a surgical guide for dental implantations, which allows a visual inspection of the tip of a drill, which does not incline the drill more than necessary, which can feed cooling water so sufficiently as to cause any bone burn hardly, and which can match several kinds of drills of different diameters singly. A first wire (41) is embedded in a mock-up (40) in the same direction as that in which an implantation fixture is buried. The guide member (30) of a surgical guide (1) is fitted in the tooth portion of the mock-up (40), and an adjusting mechanism (20) is adjusted so that the crossover line (L) of a red laser beam (H1) and a green laser beam (H2) of plane shapes of line laser modules (11 and 12) lies on the first wire (41). The guide member (30) is removed from the tooth portion of the mock-up (40) and fitted in the tooth portion of a mouth, and a drill (50) is directionally adjusted to the crossover line (L). The drilling operation is performed in the state thus set. |
