titleOfInvention Devece and process for continuously separating and recoverying magnetic solid particles from solid-liquid mixtures
abstract A magnetic separation device for continuously separating and recovering magnetic solid particles from solid-liquid mixture comprises at least one magnetic separation unit. Every magnetic separation unit comprises: an outer cylinder (5), which has a feed inlet (51), a first outlet (52), and a second outlet (54); an inner cylinder (6), at least part of which extends axially inside the outer cylinder (5), and the extending portion is not in contact with the inner wall of the circumferential surface of the outer cylinder (5); magnetization parts (4), which can make at least part of the surface (61) of the inner cylinder (6) have magnetism during the first period, and lose magnetism during the second period. The magnetic solid particles are attracted and thus separated from the solid-liquid mixture when the mixture passes through the magnetic surface of the inner cylinder (6) in the passage (18).
