Disclosed is an orally disintegrating tablet comprising (1) an active ingredient, (2) mannitol, (3) crystalline cellulose, and (4) at least two specific components selected from the group consisting of a low-substituted hydroxypropylcellulose, corn starch and carmellose. In the orally disintegrating table, the components (1), (2), (3) and each of the specific components (4) are contained in amounts of 0.01 to 50 wt%, 20 to 86 wt%, 10 to 30 wt% and 1 to 20 wt%, respectively, and the specific components (4) are contained in a total amount of 3 to 60 wt%, all relative to 100 wt% of the total amount of the disintegrating tablet. The crystalline cellulose (3) is contained in the tablet in the form of an aggregate having a bulk density of 0.18 g/cm3 or less. The orally disintegrating tablet has both a proper level of hardness and a rapid disintegrating property in an oral cavity, can keep its orally disintegrating property even under humidified conditions, and can also keep its harness at a certain level equal to or higher than the level required for use in an automatic packing machine. |
