The invention relates to a method for ecologising food industry technologies involving prepurifying manufacturing water having a high concentration of organic pollutants by a methane fermentation process, which process is intensified by adding biogenetic precursors of the active sites of intracellular enzymes to a fermentable medium. After the methane fermentation process, the manufacturing water is finally purified with the aid of an innovative electro-plasma technology to a degree making it possible to return the purified water to a technological cycle. |
