The present invention relates to a double-layered polymer capsule for stabilizing a carotenoid such as ß- carotin and a method for preparing the same, and a cosmetic composition comprising the same, and more particularly, to a polymer capsule prepared by preparing a cationic polymer capsule containing a carotenoid and coating the surface of the capsule with an anionic polymer. The double-layered polymer capsule according to the present invention is a stabilizing system to preventing degeneration of an active material by the outside destructive environment and effective on materials susceptible to oxidation. |
