abstract Disclosed is an optical element manufacturing method wherein fluctuation of optical characteristics before and after the reflow process is suppressed, while maintaining excellent transmittance as an optical element. The method is applicable to reflow process wherein an optical apparatus, including an electronic component such as a CCD image sensor (11), is mounted on an electronic apparatus. The method is provided with a step of molding a thermosetting resin, and a step of annealing the molded material in vacuum atmosphere or inert gas atmosphere.
