Electromagnetic wave shielding material, process for producing the electromagnetic wave shielding material, and image display device using the electromagnetic wave shielding material |
abstract |
Disclosed is an electromagnetic wave shielding material comprising a metal layer (12) formed of aluminum or an aluminum alloy and a blackening treatment layer (13) that is a patterned metal layer provided on the surface of the metal layer (12). The blackening treatment layer (13) comprises a first layer (131) and a second layer (132) provided in that order on the surface of the metal layer (12). The first layer (131) has a granular surface of granules of zinc or a zinc alloy having an average particle diameter (d1) of 0.1 to 5 µm. The second layer (132) has fine concavoconvexes and is produced by superimposing fine particles having an average particle diameter (d2) of less than 0.1 µm and mainly composed of a metal that is electrochemically nobler than zinc contained in the first layer (131). According to the above constitution, the blackening treatment layer (13) in the electromagnetic wave shielding material has satisfactory blackness and abrasion resistance. Also disclosed is a process for producing the electromagnetic wave shielding material. |
