Device for detection of molecules (10) in the eye (20), comprising a laser scanner (30), a beam splitter (50) and a detector (60), wherein the laser scanner (30) comprises a laser (32) and a scanning module (34), the laser (32) is designed to emit a laser beam (31), the laser beam has a wavelength λ1, the scanning module (34) is designed to position the laser beam (31) in an area of the eye (20) to be examined, and the detector (60) is designed to determine fluorescence light of wavelength λ2 emitted from the molecules (10). |
