A heat-insulating glazing element (10) comprises a glass-pane arrangement with at least two glass panes (1, 2, 3) at predetermined mutual intervals, wherein evacuable interspaces (4, 4-1, 4-2) are formed between the glass panes (1, 2, 3), an edge sealing device (6, 601) configured to seal off the interspaces (4, 4-1, 4-2) between the glass panes from the surroundings of the glazing element by means of an edge sealing material, and a spacer device which is configured to set the intervals between the glass panes and comprises spacers (5, 501, 502), wherein the spacers contain a glass solder or a glass frit and at least one crystallization substance, which is suitable for forming crystallization nuclei in the glass solder or in the glass frit and/or for promoting the formation of crystallization nuclei and/or for promoting the formation of crystalline phases. The invention also describes a process for producing a glass pane provided with spacers and a process for producing a heat-insulating glazing element. |
