abstract [PROBLEMS] To enable easy formation of a highly crosslikned structure in the field of polyester resin adhesives and compositions to improve the resistance to hydrolysis, the resistance to resin squeeze-out, and the blocking resistance at high levels. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] An adhesive and a resin composition which each comprise 100 parts by weight of a polyester resin, 0.5 to 50 parts by weight of a curing agent, and 0.1 to 40 parts by weight of a resin having a hydroxyl value of 100 to 1000mgKOH/g as the essential components, preferably, an adhesive and a resin composition as described above wherein the curing agent is a polyfunctional isocyanate compound.
