Also, provided are a method of producing a combinatorial phage display combinatorial Fab fragment libraries DVFAB-IL and DVFAB- 13 IL by using a dual vector system (DVS-II) and a method of selecting an antigen- specific human Fab fragment from the combinatorial Fab fragment libraries.
