abstract | A heat insulation coating capable of reflecting solar heat rays is provided, which is composed of bottom layer and surface layer. The quantity percents of solid materials in the bottom layer are that 5-40 percents of hollow micro-sphere heat insulating materials, 10-50 percents of heat reflecting materials, and 10-70 percents of polymeric bonding resin. The quantity percents of solid materials in the surface layer are that 5-40 percents of surface-coated compound material for reflecting heat rays, 10-50 percents of heat reflecting materials, and 10-70 percents of polymeric bonding resin. The coating is mainly used as the surface layer of buildings, cars, trains, pipelines, and tanks. When the thickness of the wet layer is 0.3-0.5 mm, the total reflectivity of the reflecting heat rays may be up to 85-90%, and thus can effectively prevent the radiation of solar heat rays. |
