The object is to establish a cell transplantation therapy using a multipotent stem cell derived from a cardiac tissue, which can significantly improve the adhesion of the multipotent stem cell and the efficiency of the regeneration of a cardiac muscle cell, and which can treat a heart disease more effectively. In a cell transplantation therapy for a heart disease, a combination of a multipotent stem cell derived from a cardiac tissue and a hydrogel containing a basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) is used, whereby the adhesion of the multipotent stem cell can be increased and the efficiency of the regeneration of a cardiac muscle cell can be improved significantly. |
