abstract The invention relates to a medicinal agent exhibiting hemopoiesis-stimulating and hepatoprotective actions, comprising a granulocytic colony-stimulating factor which is immobilised on a water-soluble polymer carrier by the action of ionising radiation. Polyethylenglycol or hydroxyethyl starch having a molecular mass ranging from 400 to 4000 Da are used as a water-soluble polymer carrier. Electronic, gamma, X, laser or ultraviolet radiation is used in the form of a ionising radiation source.
