abstract A manufacturing process to connect a branch wind pipe with a main wind pipe and an article therefrom are provided. The process involves: a. adopting a non-inflammable sandwich panel which comprises a base plate on two sides of the panel and a non-inflammable core to form a rectangular main wind pipe (11) and a branch wind pipe (22); b. opening a loading part (10) corresponding to the caliber of the branch wind pipe on the main wind pipe; and c. bonding the connection part (21) on one end of the branch wind pipe to the loading part (10). Therefore the manufactured wind pipe includes a main wind pipe (11) having a loading part (10) corresponding to the caliber of the branch wind pipe and a branch wind pipe (22) formed a connection part (21) on one end.
