Film for metal sheet laminate |
abstract |
[PROBLEMS] To provide a film for metal laminate that can be employed as a laminate film for two-piece can, excelling in not only moldability in can making but also beverage flavor, and provide a relevant film laminated metal sheet and film laminated metal container. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] There is disclosed a film for metal sheet laminate consisting of a composition of thermoplastic polyester resin of 240° to 252°C melting point containing alkylene oxide units with two or more carbon atoms derived from a polyoxyalkylene glycol component in an amount of 2 to 20 mol% based on the total acid amount of the polyester resin composition. The film for metal sheet laminate is characterized in that the film on its surface exhibits a coefficient of kinetic friction of 0.20 or below as determined by heating the film lying adhered to a metal base material at 270°C to thereby remelt the same (known as remelting treatment), rapidly cooling the melt and thereafter measuring in a 150°C atmosphere with the use of a steel ball loaded with 2 kg as a sliding member. |
