abstract The invention relates to a method for the diagnosis and prognosis of a disease associated with stimulation of the immune system, based on the in vitro determination of the phosphorylation level of DGK in the Y335 tyrosine residue in cells of the immune system, as well as a specific antibody of the protein. In addition, the invention relates to nucleotides which inhibit the expression of said protein and can be used in the treatment of autoimmune diseases and cancers of the immune system.
