titleOfInvention Preventive element intended to be applied to transparent building surfaces in order to provide eye protection and therapy
abstract The invention relates to a preventive element intended to be applied to transparent building surfaces in order to provide eye protection and therapy. The invention comprises the application of a filter with yellow pigmentation to transparent and translucent building surfaces in order to protect building users against short wavelengths in the visible spectrum, from 500 to 380 nm. The invention removes the difficulties and risks associated with current techniques used to provide protection for healthy eyes and cataract-operated eyes and improved protection for eyes undergoing neurodegenerative processes, simply by applying a filter to the transparent and translucent surfaces of any building, providing protection against neurodegenerative agents in light (short wavelengths).
