abstract |
The invention relates to efficient methods of synthesis for compounds which are effectors of central nervous system receptors sensitive to neuroexcitatory amino acids such as glutamate or for synthetic precursors or intermediates of these compounds. In particular, the invention provides synthetic strategies and methods which can suitably be applied in the stereoselective synthesis of compounds included in the chemical family of aminocyclopentane tricarboxylic acids. |
