titleOfInvention INSTALLATION FOR THE PRODUCTION OF THE OXYGEN-CONTAINING ADDITIVE AS ECOLOGICALLY BENEFICIAL COMPONENT FOR FUEL LIQUID ENGINES
abstract The invention relates to an installation for the production of the additive containing oxygen for liquid motor fuels. The plant according to the invention comprises an anaerobic fermentation tank (2), a gasometer (3), a hydrogen sulfide removal system (16) and a condensate tank (15). The plant also comprises an aerobic fermentation tank (4) provided with stop and adjustment valves, a device for pumping liquid substances (5), a device for aerating liquids with an oxygen-containing gas (6). ) and a system for removing a solid mass remaining after fermentation (7). The installation also comprises a gas distribution device (8), a device for using heavy gases (9), a device for the adsorption of ammonia by water (10), a liquid-gas mixer (11), a cavity mixer (13), a surfactant and dispersant dispensing system (12) and a cooling device (14). All these devices are connected to each other by pipes. The technical result is the implementation of a process for producing the oxygen-containing additive as an ecologically beneficial component for liquid motor fuels. After its addition to motor fuels, this additive guarantees the stability of the properties of the fuel compositions during long-term storage.
