abstract |
The use of triazoloquinolone derivatives in the production of a drug useful for the treatment of diseases caused by Mycobacterium is described. New compounds have been designed and synthesised, which have manifested a high level of activity vis-a-vis various strains of clinical interest. Said compounds are useful for the formulation of appropriate pharmaceutical compositions for the use of new broad-spectrum drugs. |
