An adhesive patch for application to a nail and/or the skin for the prevention or treatment of mycosis. It can maintain a high drug concentration in the nail and/or horny layer of the skin for long without the aid of a dissolving agent for preventing drug crystallization/precipitation or an accelerator for accelerating drug penetration into the nail and/or skin. It has excellent adhesion even in long-term wear, and is less irritative to the skin. The adhesive patch, which is for application to a nail and/or the skin for the prevention or treatment of mycosis, comprises an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer or silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and the adhesive layer contains an antifungal agent having an octanol-water partition coefficient, logKo/w, of 4 or higher, the antifungal agent being contained in a dissolved state. |
