The subject of the present invention is a kit comprising two reagents A and B, as well as a colours card, for determining in a precise and reliable way, through pH measurements applied to a control sample of reinforced concrete of the element to be treated, both the passive and the active state of the steel used for manufacturing reinforced concretes, with the purpose of avoiding corrosion risks. The reagents A and B are solutions of the indicators alzarine yellow R and carmine indigo, respectively. The scope of use of the present invention should focus on all types of reinforced concretes used in both civil and engineering constructions, on those for which durability studies are necessary due to signs of corrosion of reinforcements or of other inserted steel elements. |
