titleOfInvention Method for synthesis of hyperbranched polymer
abstract The object is to synthesize a core-shell-type hyperbranched polymer which can be used as a polymer material for use in the nano-fabrication mainly achieved by optical lithography. Disclosed is a method for synthesizing a core-shell-type hyperbranched polymer through the living radical polymerization of a monomer, wherein the core moiety comprises a polymer synthesized by the living radical polymerization using an initiating monomer which can initiate the living radical polymerization, and the shell moiety is formed at the edge of the core moiety and has an acid-degradable group and an acidic group. Also disclosed is a method for synthesizing a star polymer through the living radical polymerization of a monomer, which comprises a core formation step for synthesizing a polymer by the living radical polymerization as each of the arm moieties and adding a compound having two or more vinyl groups to the reaction system during or after the polymerization of the arm moieties to cause the coupling of the arm moieties, thereby forming the core moiety.
