| abstract | The invention relates to a surgical device having a handling end and an opposing distal end. The device includes: a trocar (2), a tube (3) housed inside the trocar (2), a push element (1) housed inside the tube (3), and a clamp (11, 12) located at the distal end. The device also includes actuation elements (31, 32, 33, 34) at the handling end, comprising: elements (33) for securing/releasing the clamp (11, 12) so that the clamp is in a secured position or a released position; elements (32) for opening/closing the clamp (11, 12) so that the clamp is in a closed position or an open position; and tubular mechanical coupling means (21, 22, 23) comprising first connection elements (21) for securing/releasing the clamp (11, 12) and second connection elements (22), opposite the first coupling elements (21), which are intended to be coupled to the distal end of the tube (3) and the trocar (2). |
