titleOfInvention Single ball separating device and single ball separating method
abstract Single ball separating device and method which solve a bonding-to-slope problem that is posed when a single ball is separated and collected out of a mixture of a single ball, coupled balls and an abnormal ball by slope rolling, and which are provided with characteristics of efficiently separating a single ball from a mixture of a single ball, coupled balls and an abnormal ball. The single ball separating device comprises a supply device for supplying balls, a slope surface along which balls are rolled down, and a collecting unit for collecting balls jumping out from the slope surface, all being installed in an airtight chamber, wherein the airtight chamber has a pressure reducing device for keeping the interior of the airtight chamber at 1000 Pa. The single ball separating method comprises, in an airtight chamber reduced in pressure to below 1000 Pa, supplying balls from the supply device to the slope surface to allow them to roll down along the slope surface, separating them according to the speed difference and/or direction difference of the balls, and collecting them at the collecting unit.
