The present invention relates to a method for coating agent for paper or wall paper containing urashiol as an ingredient of a lacquer, a coating agent manufactured by the above method and a functional paper or wall paper thereby, more particularly to a method for manufacturing lacquer- containing coating agent for paper or wall paper comprising the steps of mixing crude lacquer with organic solvents and centrifuging the mixture to separate an urushiol layer dissolved in the organic solvents, heating the urushiol layer, dissolved in the organic solvents, to remove the organic solvents and moisture from the urushiol layer and extract urushiol, and adding the extracted urushiol to ink, a method for manufacturing functional paper or wall paper obtained by applying the coating agent to paper or wall paper and drying it under a hot air and the functional paper or wall paper thereby. |
