abstract |
The object is to provide: a highly sensitive immunological analysis method for a hepatitis B virus; a highly sensitive immunological analysis reagent for a hepatitis B virus; and an immunological analysis kit for a hepatitis B virus, each of which utilizes an antigen-antibody reaction. The object is achieved by conducting an antigen/antibody reaction in which an antigen is contacted with an antibody in the presence of a saponin, a bile salt or an anionic surfactant. Specifically disclosed is an immunological analysis method for a hepatitis B virus by a sandwich method involving the step of contacting an antigen with a soluble antibody, wherein a saponin, a bile salt or an anionic surfactant is preferably allowed to exist in the reaction system. Further disclosed are: a highly sensitive immunological analysis reagent for a hepatitis B virus; and an immunological analysis kit for a hepatitis B virus, each of which utilizes an antigen-antibody reaction. |
