abstract |
[PROBLEMS] To provide: a vulcanized rubber material which has improved heat resistance while retaining the ozone resistance of epihalohydrin rubbers; and a rubber composition for vulcanization which is for producing the material. The vulcanized rubber material and the rubber composition for vulcanization do not contain any organonickel compound, which is thought to be toxic, or contain it in a minimum amount. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The rubber composition for vulcanization is characterized by comprising 100 parts by weight of (a) an epihalohydrin rubber and 0.01-0.5 parts by weight of (b) the copper salt of a dithiocarbamic acid and further containing (c) an acid acceptor and (d) a polythiol vulcanizing agent or polyol vulcanizing agent. The vulcanized rubber material is obtained by vulcanizing the composition. Also provided is an automotive rubber part comprising the vulcanized rubber material. |
