abstract | An electrochromic device includes the first unit, the second unit and an ion transfer layer. The first unit orderly comprises the first substrate, the first conducting layer and an electrochromic layer which is chosen from the group consisting of tungsten oxide, molybdena, titanium oxide, niobium oxide, iridium oxide or their combination. The second unit orderly comprises the second substrate, the second conducting layer and an auxiliary electrochromic layer which is chosen from the group consisting of vanadium oxide, nickel oxide, chromic oxide, manganese oxide, ferric oxide, cupric oxide, rhodium oxide or their combination. The ion transfer layer is disposed between the electrochromic layer and the auxiliary electrochromic layer, but the first substrate and the second substrate are made of hard materials or soft materials, respectively. |
