Provided is a method for monitoring the presence and/or progression of prostate tumor in an individual, by measuring the expression level of marker genes out of a novel signature of 39 genes. The invention further discloses a data base and and array comprising said identified marker genes for prognosing the tumor progression in an individial suffering from prostate cancer. |
