titleOfInvention | Piezoelectric sensor and sensing device |
abstract | A piezoelectric sensor for sensing an object to be measured in a sample liquid to realize measurement with high accuracy. The piezoelectric sensor comprises a press member forming a liquid containing space whose bottom is one side of a piezoelectric oscillator so provided to cover a recess of a wiring board and having a ring projection so provided to surround the liquid containing space, pressing the recess-outside portion of the one side of the piezoelectric oscillator against the wiring board, thereby fixing the position of the piezoelectric oscillator, and made of an elastic material. The diameters of the outer and inner peripheral surfaces of the ring projection decrease in the download direction, and the distance between the inner and outer peripheral surfaces decreases in the downward direction. Even if bubbles are included in the liquid containing space, the side surfaces form blunt angles with respect to the bottom surface. Since at the corner parts formed by the surfaces, the upper region when viewed from bubbles are open, the bubbles can move upward and are prevented from staying in the space. Thus, the measurement accuracy is improved. |
