abstract |
This invention relates to methods for the expansion of non-effector CD8+ T-cells populations without inducing effector differentiation by stimulating T cell receptors (TCRs), and CD27 receptors of the CD8+ T-cells and preventing stimulation of Il-2R receptors. Populations of CD8+ T-cells expanded using these methods may be useful, for example, in adoptive T-cell therapy. |
