abstract |
It is intended to provide a process and a catalyst by which a flexible polyurethane foam with a low density exhibiting a good foam property can be produced with good moldability. A polyol and an organopolyisocyanate are reacted in the presence of a catalyst composition for producing a flexible polyurethane foam, which comprises a tertiary amine having a specific structure and 2,2,4-trimethyl-1-oxa-4-aza-2-silacyclohexan, characterized in that a mixing ratio of 2,2,4-trimethyl-1-oxa-4-aza-2-silacyclohexan contained in the catalyst composition is 2 to 20% by weight. |
