abstract | A static and closed solution casting process comprises the following steps: dissolving a solute in a solvent to prepare a casting solution; placing membrane-casting plate (1) on bracket (2), and adjusting the bracket (2) to make the membrane-casting plate (1) horizontal; pouring the casting solution into membrane-casting plate (1) such that the casting solution is uniformly spread out in the membrane- casting plate (1); arranging heating arrangement (3) over the membrane-casting plate (1); arranging cooling side plate (4,6) around the membrane-casting plate (1); arranging cooling bottom plate (8) below the membrane-casting plate (1); supplying cooling liquor (10) to the connected interlayer of the cooling side plate (4,6) and the cooling bottom plate (8); enclosing the membrane-casting plate (1), the bracket (2), the heating arrangement (3), the cooling side plate (4,6) and the cooling bottom plate (8) inside a insulated case made by heat insulator (13,14,16,18); heating the casting solution in the membrane-casting plate (1) by driving the heating arrangement (3) to evaĻorate the solvent in the casting solution; and then continuously heating in order to enhance the crystallinity of the final membrane; stopping heating; and removing the condensed solvent from the cooling bottom plate (8) and peeling the final membrane from the membrane- casting plate (1). |
