abstract The present invention relates to a culture media composition for co-culturing human stem cells and feeder cells and for culturing a primary cell line. The culture media of the present invention is cheaper and more conveniently optimized for both stem cells and feeder cells than conventional media. Especially, this culture media is highly effective to attach stem cells and undifferentiate stem cells right after restored from a freezer. Therefore, the composition of culture media of the present invention is very useful to culture stem cells as remaining indifferent and to produce stem cells in a large scale. Furthermore, this composition of culture media can be widely applied for all kinds of primarily-cultured cells, because it is optimized for both stem cells and primarily-cultured fibroblasts.
