abstract Disclosed is an anthracene derivative, an organic electronic device using the anthracene derivative, and an electronic apparatus including the organic electronic device. The anthracene derivative is capable of being used as a hole injecting material, a hole transporting material, an electron injecting material, an electron transporting material, and a light emitting material in an organic electronic device including an organic light emitting device. In particular, the anthracene derivative is capable of being used alone as a light emitting material and a host or a dopant in a host/dopant system. The organic electronic device is excellent in views of efficiency, driving voltage, life time, and stability.
