titleOfInvention Fine particle dispersion and method for producing fine particle dispersion
abstract Disclosed is a fine particle dispersion which is excellent in dispersibility and storage stability. Specifically disclosed is a fine particle dispersion wherein fine particles (P) composed of one or more of metals, alloys and metal compounds and having an average primary particle diameter of 1-150 nm, at least a part of whose surfaces are covered with a polymer dispersing agent (D) are dispersed in a mixed organic solvent. This fine particle dispersion is characterized in that the weight ratio (D/P) between the polymer dispersing agent (D) covering the surfaces of the fine particles (P) in the dispersion and the fine particles (P) is 0.001-10, and the mixed organic solvent is (i) a mixed organic solvent containing 50-95% by volume of an organic solvent (A) having an amide group and 5-50% by volume of a low-boiling point organic solvent (B) having a boiling point at normal pressure of 20-100˚C, (ii) a mixed organic solvent containing 50-95% by volume of an organic solvent (A) having an amide group and 5-50% by volume of an organic solvent (C) having a boiling point at normal pressure of more than 100˚C and composed of an alcohol having one or more hydroxy groups in a molecule and/or a polyhydric alcohol, or (iii) a mixed organic solvent containing 50-94% by volume of an organic solvent (A) having an amide group, 5-49% by volume of a low-boiling point organic solvent (B) having a boiling point at normal pressure of 20-100˚C and 1-45% by volume of an organic solvent (C) having a boiling point at normal pressure of more than 100˚C and composed of an alcohol having one or more hydroxy groups in a molecule and/or a polyhydric alcohol.
