abstract It is intended to provide a liquid crystal oriented film in which deposition of resin component due to moisture absorption is inhibited, and which has stable printability and also has characteristics such as rubbing resistance and ease of removing stored charge. An application liquid, characterized by containing (A) component: an imidized polymer soluble in a solvent obtained from at least one type of amine compound selected from the group consisting of a tetracarboxylic dianhydride, a diamine compound, an amine compound (a), an amine compound (b), and an amine compound (c) described below, and (B) component: polyamic acid. Amine compound (a): an amine compound having in its molecule, one primary amino group selected from the formula [K1] and the formula [K2], and at least one imino group selected from the formula [K3] and the formula [K4]. In the formula [K3] and the formula [K4], the coupling direction of -CH2-NH- is opposite to each other. Amine compound (b): an amine compound having in its molecule, at least two primary amino groups selected from the formula [K1] and the formula [K2]. Amine compound (c): an amine compound having in its molecule, at least one primary amino group selected from the formula [K1] and the formula [K2], and at least one imino group selected from the formula [K3] and the formula [K4].
