Disclosed is a phosphorus molybdenum amine compound which is a phosphorus molybdenum compound characterized by being represented by the following general formula (1). (In the formula, R1-R6 independently represent a hydrogen atom or a hydrocarbon group and p represents a number of 1-5, provided that all of R1-R6 are not hydrogen atoms at the same time.) The phosphorus molybdenum compound is also characterized by being obtained by reducing a hexavalent molybdenum compound with a reducing agent, and then reacting the resulting with an acidic phosphate ester after neutralization with a mineral acid. |
