The invention relates to liquid, watery, micellar emulsions containing one or several phospholipids, a micellar stabilizer consisting of carnitine, and/or a physiologically compatible carnitine derivative, and/or polyolene, as well as a scavenger, selected from the group consisting of ascorbic acid, and/or alkaline, and/or alkaline earth salts of ascorbic acid, and/or an ester of one or several organic acids with ascorbic acid, and/or physiologically compatible derivatives of ascorbic acids. The invention further relates to a method for producing solid compounds as well as cosmetic, or pharmaceutical, or dietetic formulations that contain an emulsion, or a powder produced therefrom, or such a compound, as an additive. The invention further relates to drinks, boiled sweets, and chewing gum containing the emulsion, or the powder produced therefrom. |
