| abstract |
The invention provides an oral encapsulated preparation for aquatic animals in the form of w/o/w emulsion which comprises on a weight basis: 40-80% of an aqueous phase containing water soluble active substances; 18-50% of oily phase comprising one or more oils; 1-5% of the first emulsifiers; 1-5% of the second emulsifiers. The preparation method comprises mixing uniformly the oily phase with the first emulsifiers; adding the aqueous phase to the mixture and mixing them by highspeed concussion to form water in oil emulsion; mixing uniformly the remaining aqueous phase with the second emulsifiers, then adding the mixture to the water in oil emulsion and mixing by highspeed concussion to form w/o/w emulsion. |
