Disclosed is a polyamide resin composition comprising a resin component containing at least a polyamide (X) and a fatty acid metal salt having 10-50 carbon atoms. This polyamide resin composition may optionally contain an additive (A) and/or an additive (B). The polyamide (X) is obtained by melt polycondensation of a diamine component containing not less than 70 mol% of meta-xylylenediamine and a dicarboxylic acid component containing not less than 70 mol% of an α,ω-linear aliphatic dicarboxylic acid. The additive (A) is composed of one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of diamide compounds obtained from a fatty acid having 8-30 carbon atoms and a diamine having 2-10 carbon atoms, diester compounds obtained from a fatty acid having 8-30 carbon atoms and a diol having 2-10 carbon atoms, and surface active agents. The additive (B) is composed of one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of metal hydroxides, metal acetates, metal alkoxides, metal carbonates, and fatty acids. |
