titleOfInvention System and method for controlling exercise intensity
abstract A system (1) is provided for controlling exercise intensity. The system (1) comprises an exercise intensity measuring instrument (26) and a feedback system (30) for providing a feedback to a user. The feedback system (30) is arranged to adjust the feedback on the basis of the exercise intensity. Herein the feedback system (30) is arranged to measure a drop rate of the exercise intensity and the feedback system (30) is arranged to refrain from adjusting the feedback if the drop rate exceeds a predetermined value and/or if the exercise intensity is below a threshold value. The threshold value is generally equal to or lower than the one preset exercise intensity level.
