titleOfInvention | Ophthalmic surgery support device |
abstract | An ophthalmic surgery support device for assisting an operator in the operation of a surgery instrument in order to position to a fine location in an eye the tip end of the surgery instrument to be inserted into the eye through a wound opening opened in the eyeball of a patient, comprising a moving mechanism for holding the surgery instrument so as to be movable in the longitudinal direction of the surgery instrument to be inserted into the eye or in the Z-axis direction, an inclining mechanism for holding the moving mechanism so that the surgery instrument can be tilted in an arbitrary direction about a specified point that is to be positioned to the wound opening and positioned on the Z-axis, and an inclination fixing mechanism for fixing the inclination of the surgery instrument by the inclining mechanism, wherein the inclining mechanism has a rough-motion inclining mechanism, a fine-motion inclining mechanism finer in inclining range than the rough-motion inclining mechanism, an inclination switching mechanism for switching the inclination of the surgery instrument by the rough-motion inclining mechanism to that by the fine-motion inclining mechanism, and a resistance imparting means for imparting resistance for making heavier the inclination operation of the surgery instrument by the fine-motion inclining mechanism than that by the rough-motion inclining mechanism. |
