abstract | Disclosed is a method for determination of an analyte in a sample. The method comprises the following steps (a) to (c): (a) mixing the analyte with a first specifically binding substance, wherein the first specifically binding substance is capable of binding specifically to the analyte; (b) adding a microparticle having a second specifically binding substance bound thereto to a mixed solution produced in the step (a) and mixing the resulting solution, wherein the second specifically binding substance is capable of binding specifically to the first specifically binding substance; and (c) determining the agglutination reaction of the microparticle in a mixed solution produced in the step (b). |
