A solution (42) containing an amphiphilic compound and an organic solvent is cast onto a support (21) to form a casting film (22). A dew point of the air from the outlet (61a) is described as TD, a surface temperature of the casting film (22) is described as TS, and a value T is defined as TD-TS. Water droplets (25) are formed by bedewing under a condition of 3 T 30. Thereafter the water droplets (25) are grown under a condition of 0 < T 10, and the organic solvent is evaporated from the casting film (22). Then the water droplets (25) are evaporated under a condition of TD<TS. |
