abstract |
Sodium hydrogen carbonate crystal grains excelling in anticaking and antipyrolytic properties; and a process for producing the same. There are provided sodium hydrogen carbonate crystal grains characterized in that with respect to the color exhibited one second after dropping of a phenolphthalein solution of given composition, in terms of RGB 256 tone notation, R = 245 to 255, G = 243 to 255 and B = 245 to 255. These are produced by bicarbonating of sodium hydrogen carbonate crystal grains in the presence of humidified carbon dioxide gas. |
